EOR contract terms compared: what each provider’s customer terms say

We read the published customer terms of 20 employer of record providers we review. 10 publish them.

Every answer below comes from the provider’s own terms, with the clause linked. “Not addressed” means the public terms do not cover it, not that the provider has no rule. An order form you sign can change the standard terms, so check yours against this list before you sign.

DeelThe standard EOR terms set no fixed minimum term: the service runs from commencement until terminated. A fixed term and minimum monthly spend only apply if the customer signs a Committed Order Form. clause Part II, 9.1An Order Form runs for the fixed term it states, then renews automatically for one-year terms until the fifth year, unless either party gives at least 90 days' written notice. After the Order Form term, list prices apply unless a new Order Form is agreed. clause 3 (Term)Either party can end the EOR service for a given employee with at least 30 days' written notice, or a longer period if local law requires it. The customer pays for services until termination and bears all termination costs. Committed Order Forms cannot be ended for convenience. clause Part II, 9.2.1

MultiplierUnder an Order Form the customer buys seats for a fixed term and commits to paying all fees for the full term, whatever the usage. Without an Order Form, a pay-as-you-go Quotation has no fixed term. clause Order Form Terms 4 (also EOR Terms 2.2)An Order Form renews automatically for 12-month periods unless either side gives notice 90 days before the term ends, up to 5 years in total. At renewal, fees reset to list price, and the list price can rise by up to 7%. clause Order Form Terms 3An Order Form cannot be ended for convenience, only for uncured material breach. A pay-as-you-go Quotation for EOR can be ended on 60 days' written notice. Ending an individual employee needs a 30-day processing lead time on top of any legal notice, and bulk offboarding needs 60 days' notice. clause General Terms 9.1.1, 9.1.2; EOR Terms 5.3, 6.1.3
Native TeamsThe published terms set no fixed minimum term; any minimum term or notice period for a Service is shown in the Platform before activation. The Fees Policy says plans need no annual commitment. clause Part 4, Renewal, cancellation and refundsPlans renew automatically for another billing period of the same length unless cancelled before the renewal date. clause Part 4, Renewal, cancellation and refundsA plan can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the billing period. An EOR employment ends only under the employment contract and local law, and the customer pays the notice period and statutory termination costs. clause Part 4, Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Pebl (formerly Velocity Global)On the 12-month Employee Term model each worker has a 12-month Service Model Term from their first payroll month.
