Employ Borderless is an independent advisory platform for global hiring solutions. Headquartered in Singapore and operated by EMPLOY BORDERLESS PTE. LTD., we help companies find the right Employer of Record (EOR), PEO, and global payroll providers for their international expansion.

Employ Borderless helps companies pick the right solution for their global expansion. We combine independent research with hands-on guidance. We are not an EOR provider - we review and recommend them.

Registered on 17 September 2024, Employ Borderless works with HR leaders, founders, and operations teams to match them with the right solution, through expert recommendations, provider comparisons, and direct guidance.

Employ Borderless (registered as EMPLOY BORDERLESS PTE. LTD., UEN 202438224G) is a Singapore-based company. We are not affiliated with Borderless AI (formally known as Global Borderless AI Inc., a Canadian EOR software company based in Toronto) or with Borderless.net, a Belgian executive search firm. All three are separate, unrelated companies.

Our story

Paul and Robbin, the co-founders of Employ Borderless, both ran into the same problem: hiring international talent is complicated. Paul was running multiple businesses. Robbin was managing his agency. Both spent too much time figuring out compliance, comparing providers, and making sense of local labor laws.

Finding reliable, unbiased information was hard. Most resources were outdated, incomplete, or sponsored by the providers themselves.

They started Employ Borderless to fix that: one independent resource where companies can get straight answers on EOR, PEO, and payroll services.
