I’m giving Multiplier a 9.2 out of 10. Users name individual support staff more often than they do with other providers, and that tells me a lot about the personal attention.
Support quality varies by channel, and thatโs normal. Iโve seen that live chat results in faster responses, but again, normal.
I did not like the occasional report of email support delays. That hurts both the customer and the providerโs reputation. Luckily, these situations happened rarely.
