Welcome to Employ Borderless. These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Employ Borderless website at employborderless.com (“Site”) operated by Employ Borderless PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Singapore.

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What we do

Employ Borderless is an independent advisory platform for global hiring solutions. We publish reviews, comparisons, and guides about Employer of Record (EOR), Professional Employer Organization (PEO), and global payroll providers. We also offer free, personalized recommendations to help companies find providers that match their needs.

We are not an EOR, PEO, or payroll provider ourselves. We do not employ workers on your behalf, process payroll, or provide legal advice. Our role is to help you make informed decisions based on independent research.

Advisory, not legal advice

The content on this Site, including country guides, provider reviews, and recommendations, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice.

Affiliate relationships and how we make money

Employ Borderless earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with some of the providers we review. When you sign up with a provider through our links, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

Provider recommendations

When you submit a request through our recommendation form, we review your requirements and suggest providers we believe are a good fit. These recommendations are based on our research and experience, but the final decision is yours.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using a provider we recommend. Your contract and relationship will be directly with the provider you choose, not with Employ Borderless.

Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of pricing, feature descriptions, and other provider information on our Site. However, providers update their products, pricing, and policies regularly, and there may be a delay before we reflect those changes.

We encourage you to verify pricing and terms directly with providers before making a purchase decision. Employ Borderless is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party information.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
