I'm the co-founder of Employ Borderless, an independent advisory platform for global hiring solutions. We help companies find the right EOR, PEO, and global payroll providers for their international expansion.

I've been in the international hiring space for over a decade. Before Employ Borderless, I founded Internship Abroad, helping people find international internship placements. That experience showed me how fragmented and confusing cross-border employment can be.

In 2024, I started Employ Borderless with Paul Jansen because we were frustrated with the lack of unbiased information in the global hiring space. Every website was either outdated or a sales pitch. So we built what we wished existed. At Employ Borderless, I lead content strategy and provider research.

Based in Asia, working across all time zones.

I personally test and evaluate every EOR, PEO, and global payroll provider we review. That means signing up for demos, walking through platforms, talking to providers directly, and collecting feedback from companies that use them day-to-day.
