I co-founded Employ Borderless with Robbin Schuchmann because we saw a gap in the global hiring market: companies expanding internationally had no reliable, independent source to compare EOR, PEO, and payroll providers.

I've started and run multiple international businesses. That experience taught me how difficult it is to navigate cross-border employment, and how much the wrong provider choice can cost a company in time, money, and compliance risk.

At Employ Borderless, I focus on the business side: partnerships, provider relationships, and making sure our advisory model stays genuinely independent. We don't sell EOR services ourselves. We help companies find the right provider for their situation.

I manage provider relationships and business partnerships. When we negotiate exclusive deals for our readers, that comes through my side of the business. I also bring a practical lens to our provider evaluations, grounded in running international teams myself.
