Our story
Paul and Robbin, the co-founders of Employ Borderless, both ran into the same problem: hiring international talent is complicated. Paul was running multiple businesses. Robbin was managing his agency. Both spent too much time figuring out compliance, comparing providers, and making sense of local labor laws.
Finding reliable, unbiased information was hard. Most resources were outdated, incomplete, or sponsored by the providers themselves.
They started Employ Borderless to fix that: one independent resource where companies can get straight answers on EOR, PEO, and payroll services.
Co-founders
Robbin runs international business operations and digital marketing. Based in Asia, he leads content strategy and provider research at Employ Borderless.
